Your only job.

Gather your keepsakes— photos, recipes, anything you desire to keep then place them in one room of the house where items will not be for sale or remove the items from the estate. Sometimes this means gathering of a family and friends to help. Do not throw out anything as what may be trash to you— may be a treasure for someone else.

Leave the work to us!

Once all items are left for sale within the estate— we will come out to sort, stage and price your items. This is where we really shine within our expertise. We will prepare for the scheduled estate sale— 1-3 days and take photos of items to be viewed on various marketing platforms.

Conducting the Estate Sale

At your initial consultation— we will determine how many days we will need to conduct your estate sale. You’ll be able to step away during this time with confidence knowing we are finding the items a new home. On day one— prices are as market. On the final sale day— we price items to move, bundling the pricing at a discounted rate. We only make money— when you make money.
